Is Dianabol Legal In The US?

“Is Dianabol legal”, is a question asked often asked by bodybuilding newbies and the weekend warriors alike. The simple answer to that is within the United States there are no legal anabolic steroids without a valid prescription. Steroids may be legally prescribed to an individual only by a medical doctor for legitimate health reasons and cannot be obtained over-the-counter.

However, there are many illegal anabolic steroids on the market that a new bodybuilder may be tempted to use. These illegal steroids are called “Anabolic Steroids without a prescription” and is as taboo as buying marijuana over-the-counter without being a medical patient. People may argue that these anabolic steroids are legal without a prescription, but it does not mean that they are legal in the eyes of the Law.

In most states steroids cannot be purchased or possessed legally. If caught with them, you can be charged with possession of a prescription medication without having a valid prescription from a doctor. It is important to note that even when using anabolic steroids without a prescription, the individual may also be charged with distributing or manufacturing illegal anabolic steroids and the penalties for such charges can be very severe. The potential consequences of these charges are very serious.

In most States, anabolic steroids without a prescription are considered Controlled Substances. This means that they are considered illegal and illegal possession or distribution of them may result in jail time. The penalties for using Anabolic Steroids without a prescription in various states vary from a misdemeanor to first degree felony depending on the state in which you reside.

Anabolic steroids typically referred to as steroids or juice, have an impact on the body by mimicking the male sex hormone testosterone often referred to as test or simply as T. Testosterone is a potent androgen and is the prime hormone responsible for male sexual characteristics both in both men and women. In men, testosterone leads to development of male sexual characteristics and in women it contributes to the development of female characteristics. It is vital to note that anabolic steroids do not cause complete masculinization in women and are not a substitute for real testosterone.

Anabolic steroids are synthetic versions of testosterone, which imitates its effects on muscle growth while also increasing strength, stamina and the production of red blood cells. Anabolic steroids can increase fat oxidation and decrease body fat thus aiding in weight loss. The goal is to rid yourself completely from any excess body fat accumulated which would make you look bulky, especially upper body, lower back and under the arms fat which would accentuate your wrinkles.

Testosterone is often used in conjunction with steroids which often are derivatives which can be swallowed in pill form, injected or even applied topically. Utilizing testosterone and steroids illicitly is often enticing to sports athletes and / or weight lifters who would like speedier muscle mass build up, either for cosmetic reasons or for muscular strength and overall performance enhancement.

Within the United States anabolic steroids are considered a Schedule III drug. Possession of steroids without a legitimate prescription is punishable by fines and even a prison sentence for trafficking. Steroids are considered controlled substances in many countries, however, there are exceptions. In Mexico anabolic steroids can be purchased legally and many American citizens are caught smuggling drugs over the border every year.

In the United States there is a move to legalize steroids. This is referred to as Doping with Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and is referred to as Dietary Supplement Act. The idea behind this approach is the idea that if steroids were legalized, they will not have a negative effect on health and athletes would be able to use them in safe, legal and regulated ways. The process of making steroids legal under FDA will require anabolic steroid manufacturers to obtain approval from the FDA in order to sell these products. For example, with the help of companies like Iron Sport, Cytomel Labs makes testosterone along with several other products such as Stanozolol and Nandrolone Decanoate.

Americans who smuggle steroids back into the United States risks fines and criminal charges if the amount is large enough. If you are caught importing a large amount of illegal drugs, you may face charges of possession with intent to distribute and even trafficking. Trafficking is considered the transportation or possession with the intention to distribute illegal drugs. Trafficking in steroids (without a prescription) can carry severe penalties, including long prison sentences and hefty fines. You wouldn’t want to get caught with a large enough quantity of illegal anabolic steroids because there is no telling what the authorities would do to you. Since steroids are considered Controlled Substances, they come into play with Federal Laws as well as State Laws.

Health professionals prescribe legal steroid drugs are often for those who have hormone inadequacies, in particular males in whose bodies do not produce sufficient testosterone for normal development. They can also be utilized to treat osteoporosis or immune system illnesses for example acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS).

Anabolic steroids such as testosterone used in doses of 500 to 1000 milligrams are prescribed for males who are suffering from erectile dysfunction and low testosterone levels. This is often referred to as hypogonadism and it is a problem which affects men who do not produce enough testosterone. Low testosterone levels can cause many problems, including decreased libido and erectile function, mood swings, a depressed immune system and muscle wasting. Although the problem can be corrected by treatment with an injection or an implant, it is often too expensive for those who do not have insurance or who are not eligible for insurance coverage. The cost of the anabolic steroid treatment per day can range from $50 to $100 or more.

Steroids are often taken to boost lean muscle size, muscular strength, stamina levels and recovery, which is greatly appealing with regard to athletes. This kind of usage is not endorsed by health professionals. A lot of athletes who have been caught using steroids claim ignorance and generally believed that the drugs would not hurt them. This is a dangerous assumption and may lead to serious medical complications in some cases.

Anabolic steroids have many negative side effects, the most common being elevated blood pressure, cholesterol levels, heart disease and high blood pressure. In young men they may cause osteoporosis or stunted growth due to premature closure of the growth plates within the long bones in their bodies. Older males may experience shrinkage of testicles and even breast tissue development known as gynecomastia in which case anabolic steroids may not be suitable for them.

The potential health risks of steroid misuse include things like damage to the liver organ, acne breakouts, hardening of the arteries and overall cardiovascular system damage. Complications specific to males consist of infertility; problems with the testicles, such as a reduction in size; and enlarged breasts. Unwanted side effects for females include things like premature hair loss, lack of a menstrual cycle and masculinizing side effects including decreased breast size or increased hair on your face. Health concerns are the primary reason why there aren't any legal steroid drugs in a large number of countries.
